Intensive EMDR Therapy For Men
(Whose Wife Said You Had To Go To Therapy)
In person sessions in St. Charles, Missouri
Virtually across Missouri and Arizona
You’ve come to a fork in the road…it sounds a lot like your partner telling you that they’re done with your relationship if you don’t go to therapy.
This isn’t the first time you’ve heard this. She’s said it before…it’s kinda like a broken record. She has no idea what it’s like for you to hear that from her. It makes you feel pretty shitty. It just reminds you that you’re once again failing at something.
You don’t mean to. You try hard. There’s just so much running around in your head. It’s hard to think sometimes. And when you do, it’s really nothing great. The more you try not to disappoint her, the more it seems you do. So what’s the use?
The truth is that the negative things that you have running around in your head are causing all kind of problems for you. You’re irritable. Anxious. Mean things pop out of your mouth before you can even think.
Truth be told, you’re fucking miserable right now and you’d do anything to feel better. But you don’t know how.
I hear you.
The good news is that there’s nothing wrong with you.
You’re struggling and that’s okay.
Long ago, something happened to make you feel like you weren’t good enough. That has been hammered home for you more times that you even realize. Now something has threatened what little sense of success you have and it started this landslide of self-doubt, self-loathing and you don’t know how to change it. You really believe these things about yourself no matter what anyone else says.
I can help.
Come spend a few hours in my office and we’ll work on helping you get off this runaway roller coaster and back on stable ground.
You’re likely to leave our first session feeling better than you’ve felt in a long time.
You’ll understand yourself better.
Your relationship with your partner/friends/family will improve.
You’ll start believing in yourself again.
You’ll have your life back.
I mean, what do you have to lose…except everything?

Money is an important factor these days, I get it. Instead of putting therapy on hold, you can still invest in your wellbeing, just in fewer sessions.
Intensive EMDR Therapy sessions are 3 hours long and while that sounds like a lot of time, that time is spent getting to the heart of the matter, faster.

Yes. The workbook is especially for new clients and helps me get to know you and the things you’re bringing to the session.
You can begin your transformation before the Intensive EMDR Therapy session even begins with this workbook.
Filled with assessments for you to complete along with questions to prompt you to start thinking about the things that are causing you distress. These could be memories from the past, thoughts about yourself and emotions that keep coming up.
