What are your hours?
I am in the office Monday through Thursday starting at 9am and my last session begins at 3pm. I do not offer evening or weekend appointments. Can't leave the office during those hours? No problem, I offer Telehealth.
Do you offer Telehealth?
Yes! Through your confidential Client Portal you can join your sessions via a Zoom-like experience. Telehealth is a great way to stay connected if you’re not feeling well or you just cannot get out of the office regularly for sessions. I find that Telehealth is just as effective as in-person sessions. My Telehealth platform is HIPAA compliant and you have a dedicated-to-you link for our sessions.
What ages do you see?
I see clients ages 18 through all aged adults.
I see college students via Telehealth if they are out of town for school. However, I am only licensed to see college students who are located in Missouri and Arizona.
Do you see men?
You bet! Yes, my target client is professional moms, but that surely doesn't mean men can't deal with issues of anxiety, depression, perfectionism and even grief. If my website resonates with you, please schedule a consultation.
Where are you located?
What if I need to cancel and/or reschedule a session?
No problem! I offer a confidential Client Portal to each of my clients. Your Portal offers you the opportunity to join Telehealth sessions, schedule, cancel and reschedule sessions at your convenience. I do ask for at least 24 hours notice so that I may offer that time to someone else who may need it and you can avoid a late cancellation fee.
What are you doing about COVID precautions?
I take Covid very seriously for many reasons. I am proudly vaccinated and boosted. I am seeing clients in-person regardless of vaccination status, but I ask that we all be mindful of health risks for each other.
Masks are optional at this time. You are welcome to wear one if you feel you want to. I have lots of hand sanitizer strategically placed around the office suite for your use. The building does have a shared bathroom which is cleaned by professional cleaning staff weekly.
