What do we do on this retreat? In a nutshell, we'll do a little bit of business talk (so it counts as a business expense) and the rest of the time will have self-care offerings for you to participate in. The best part is that you'll be surrounded by other women who decided it's time to practice what they're preaching to their clients about self-care.

Hi! I'm MacKenzie, your Hostess With The Mostest. I'm an LCSW, a Mom and Therapist myself. I wanted to create a community for Moms who are Therapists to come together where they can find friendship, support, encouragement and validation. The work we do as working moms is ridiculously difficult. I often feel like I don't get much of a break from helping people manage themselves. I do it all day in my practice and then go home to my "second job" to do it some more. Mama's tired! What better way to get away than to spend a relaxing, rejuvenating weekend with other women who get it on a level no one else can. So I created a second business, Elevated Retreats. It pairs my love for travel and being away from my family. And it's even more wonderful, because I actually start to miss them.
When you retreat with me, you'll enjoy group discussions about family life, work and self-care. You'll also be treated to the utmost relaxing and rejuvenating of activities. You'll laugh. You might cry - happy tears of course.
